Sorry I disappeared for a bit:)

I hardly see how half a musk stick will totally destroy the good healthy stuff they've been doing. Frankly, I think it'd be a reward for the kids doing the right thing. It's all very well that they'd be rewarded with healthier bodies, but kids like to know they're doing the right thing at the time.

Just my 2 cents.

The little dodgy toys as rewards don't suit me, either. I think I'd rather spend a little more on decent pencils and erasers and sharpeners and things like that, to be honest. Something they can get a use out of.

I wondered why my son kept bringing home annoying little toys that I keep finding down the back of the couch - now I know. His school has just received their full KGFYL accreditation. I think it's a great idea on the whole, but of course some kids still take rubbish food to school regularly. Perhaps we need a Parents Go For Your Life program too ;-)
